Tandem seating has long been what Arconas is known for—but it all starts with the designers behind it. Their ideas take shape through clean lines, balanced proportions and purposeful design to create seating that stands apart, and reflects each designers distinct style and personality.

To highlight and pay tribure to this, Arconas commissioned renowned illustrator Jorge Arevalo to create an illustration series dedicated to the iconic designers of our tandem seating collections.

Each illustration captures the connection between the designer and their work. Through Jorge's signature style, the series showcases our seating as more than just a product, but as a piece art.

The result is a visual series that celebrates both the personality of designers and the seating they’ve brought to life.

About Jorge Arevalo

Jorge Arévalo is a Spanish illustrator whose work has been featured in leading international publications, including The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, and Esquire. Known for his distinctive character-driven style, he has received multiple awards and has been named one of the 100 best active illustrators worldwide. Arévalo is the author of several acclaimed books, and his work has been exhibited and published worldwide.
